Prestigious Review

A classic method from Glera grapes aged in amphora, who’d have thought it? This wine is the synthesis of genius and recklessness of the winemaker Enrico. The almost oxidized notes at the first sip leave room, as the minutes pass, for yellow fruit and elder flowers. This curious wine goes beyond classical concepts, it brings you back to flavours of the peasant tradition, like the braised goat that we tried with, merging the two cultures, East and West. Interesting and cheerful, Amphora by BiancaVigna is a wine that certainly creates a debate at a table of good friends.
