PRESTIGIOUS REVIEW

Long-lasting: an adjective that I like to use to summarise all the pleasant features of this Prosecco. Fruity and floral fragrances, yellow peach and green apple, pear, acacia’s flowers, linden and hawthorn. Acidity and salinity come from the grapes grown in the hills. The delicate steam, typical of the Glera grapes, invites you to drink some more glasses. Drink it with cold and smoked cuts and non-aged cheeses. On the table, it can be paired with light entrée of fish cooked with a drizzle of oil, rice with asparagus, vegetables, fish. Gnocchi and pasta with delicate Mediterranean sauces, and least but not last as an aperitif.

GUESTS OF A GOOD LAND

Our bond with the territory goes beyond the work in the vineyard. We are lucky to be surrounded by a unique landscape, a place that we want to share with those who love our Prosecco and the steep slopes where it comes from.
So, we've created "BiancaVigna Guest House", a place in harmony with the environment devoted to welcome our guests and friends, the best way to enjoy our wine, immerse in vineyards and ancient villages, enjoying lunches and dinners in “plein-air” among the rolling hills of Treviso.
